The Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Dunelm Group plc (the “Company”) was circulated to shareholders on 9 October 2025. The AGM was held at Watermead Business Park, Syston, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE7 1AD at 11.30 am on Wednesday 19 November 2025.
Shareholders were given the opportunity to submit questions in advance of the AGM addressed to the Company Secretary at investorrelations@dunelm.com. No questions were received.
